1. About the Service

Jothida AI is an AI-powered Vedic astrology application developed by Boolean Beyond. The App provides astrological predictions, Janma Kundali generation, daily Panchangam, Rashi Palan, Muhurtham finder, Dosham analysis, and Porutham matching based on Vedic astrology principles enhanced by artificial intelligence.

2. Disclaimer

Jothida AI is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only. Astrological readings and predictions provided by the App should not be considered as professional advice for medical, legal, financial, or other important life decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any predictions or readings.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using Jothida AI, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should use the App under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

4. User Responsibilities

By using Jothida AI, you agree to:

• Provide accurate birth details for the purpose of generating astrological charts.
• Use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Not use the App to harass, harm, or impersonate others.
• Not distribute or reproduce content from the App without written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, design elements, AI models, and branding of Jothida AI are owned by Boolean Beyond and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.

6. Availability & Updates

We strive to keep Jothida AI available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice. We may release updates to improve features, fix bugs, or enhance security.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Boolean Beyond shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, any reliance on astrological predictions or recommendations provided by the App.
